• Mental Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are under any form of legal representation are not eligible.

To use King888's services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. King888 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, and failure to provide the requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. King888 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date at all times.
• The account holder's name must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• You must update your account information promptly whenever any changes occur.
• Each Malaysian phone number may only be linked to one (1) King888 account.
• A KYC (Know Your Customer) process may be required for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.

• Cancelled Matches: If a match or event is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be fully refunded to the member's account balance.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds — for instance, odds significantly higher than the normal market rate — King888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount.

• Live Betting (In-Play): For live betting, video stream delays may occur. King888 is not liable for any discrepancy between actual in-game conditions and what is shown in the live stream.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, all balances related to bonuses and winnings derived from the violating activity will be forfeited. Original deposit funds (excluding bonuses) may be returned at King888's discretion upon completion of an investigation.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact King888 customer support via live chat or email. All valid balances will be returned to the registered payment method within seven (7) business days.
